Who needs a $3 Godiva truffle when you can make your own?! I recently took a trip to Costco and stocked up on bulk sizes of almond flour, maple syrup, and almond butter to satisfy all my baking needs. They’re made from 6 simple ingredients, are gluten and dairy-free, and all you need is a freezer to make the magic happen! These almond butter truffles are the perfect snack to satisfy your late-night sweet tooth.
These are customizable with any type of nut butter, and you can be creative with the chocolate coating and toppings!
Make them vegan by using dairy-free chocolate chips!
