Chickpea Brownies
These chickpea brownies are so addicting–I’ve made them for the past 3 weeks and just finished baking a batch 10 minutes ago. Being gluten-intolerant, it’s hard for me to buy desserts from food places, and I prefer not to buy packaged ones from the store. This is my go-to recipe whenever I want to satisfy my sweet tooth.
I adapted this recipe from my friend, Jazmin’s, 4-week workout challenge and meal plan e-book. Check out her fitness instagram, too! She has so many healthy, and DELICIOUS recipes and workouts.
Make these a chocolate chip blondie by omitting the cacao powder, and be creative with mix-ins! You can add a banana, nuts, fruit, etc.
You can also substitute the almond butter for a different nut butter, like cashew, peanut, or a flavored almond butter! I used All American Almond Butter in this recipe.
